Your information goes to J.D. and nobody else.

This policy covers getrese.com, run by RESE – Real Estate Solutions Experts (“RESE”, “we”) in Plano, Texas.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms:

• The property address, and your answers about the house and your timing.
• Your first name, mobile phone number and, if you give it, your email.
• Whether you checked the consent box on the form. If you did, we also record the exact wording you agreed to, the time, and the IP address it came from, because the law requires us to be able to prove consent.
• How you found us: the ad or link that brought you here (UTM tags and ad click IDs), and the page you filled the form out on.

We don't buy lists, we don't use tracking cookies, and we don't sell or rent your information to anyone, for any reason.

Where it goes

When you submit a form, your answers go straight from your browser to our own customer database at crm.getrese.com, which J.D. runs on Cloudflare. That's where J.D. reads your request and texts you back. Our text messages are sent through Twilio. Those two companies process the data only to provide those services to us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to any third party, affiliate or lead generator.

If we bring in a partner buyer for your house, we tell you in writing first and share only what's needed for that offer, with your OK.

The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

What stays in your browser

• Your answers to the seller form are kept in this browser tab (session storage) so a reload doesn't lose them. They're cleared when you submit or close the tab.
• If you type an address into one of our calculators and then go on to the seller form, the address is handed over inside this browser tab (session storage) and cleared as soon as the form reads it. It's never put in a page address. A calculator's numbers are kept in its link so you can share them; the address is not.
• If you arrived from an ad or a tagged link, we remember that source in your browser (local storage) for 30 days so we can tell which ads work. It never leaves your browser unless you submit a form.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits and page speed without cookies and without identifying you. If we add advertising measurement later (for example Google Ads or Meta conversion tags), it will run only on the thank-you page, it will receive no names, phone numbers, emails or addresses, and we'll update this page first.

Spam protection

Our forms include a hidden field, a timing check and Cloudflare Turnstile to stop bots. Turnstile runs quietly in your browser to tell people from automated traffic (you only see a checkbox if Cloudflare isn't sure); it looks at signals like your IP address and browser details, never at what you type. Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum covers that check.

Texts and calls

We text you only if you checked the consent box or texted us first, and only about what that box says. We call only if you ask us to. The box is never pre-checked, checking it isn't required to send the form, and agreeing is not a condition of any offer or purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop them, or HELP or INFO for help. Details are in our SMS terms.

How long we keep it, and how to delete it

We keep your request as long as we're working with you and for a reasonable time after, as Texas real estate record-keeping rules require. To see, correct or delete what we have, text or call (214) 616-6452 and say “delete my info.” We'll confirm within 10 business days. We keep a record of consent and opt-out requests even after deletion so we never text you again by mistake.

Children

This site is for adults buying or selling real estate. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
