RESE – Real Estate Solutions Experts texts people who ask us to, through the checkbox on our forms or by texting (214) 616-6452 first. Messages come from J.D. Thorne and the RESE team.

What we text about

• Replies to your request: confirming the address, a question or two, and your three numbers.
• Appointment confirmations and reminders.
• Updates on an offer or a sale you're working on with us.
• Off-market houses and deal sheets, only if you asked to get them.

How often

Message frequency varies. Usually a few texts while we're working on your request, then rarely.

Cost

Msg & data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We never charge for texts.

Stopping and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE and OPTOUT all work, and so does telling us in plain words. You'll get one text confirming you're opted out, and nothing after that. To start again, reply START, UNSTOP or YES. Reply HELP or INFO for help, or call (214) 616-6452.

Consent

Agreeing to texts is never a condition of an offer or a purchase. The box on our forms is unchecked until you check it. The wording you see there is the wording we record:

The fine print

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Marketing texts go out only between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. (noon to 9 p.m. on Sundays), Central time. A reply to a request you just sent can come as early as 8 a.m.
